Oxygen Plant
Industrial Medical Oxygen Plant
We manufacture and supply oxygen plants to meet the needs of medical and industrial applications. Our oxygen gas plant is constructed using ASME-certified materials and world-class components from leading EU original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Our quality is assessed according to EU standards to ensure superior performance, reliability, and durability. Our air separation column is made of 100% German stainless steel and argon-welded. Thanks to state-of-the-art deep-quenching technology, our oxygen plant produces oxygen with a purity of up to 99.7%, sufficient for all types of applications, including medical ones. Key uses include the steel, chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, paper and pulp, glass and ceramics, and other industries.
Types of Oxygen
Oxygen is produced and used in two forms: gaseous oxygen (GOX) and liquid oxygen (LOX). Each form of oxygen has different properties and applications, which we will briefly discuss below:
Gaseous Oxygen
Oxygen is primarily used in its gaseous state. It is a colorless, odorless, and tasteless gas. It exists in the gaseous state at a temperature of 20°C. Gaseous oxygen is packaged in highly pressurized cylinders. However, its storage, transportation, and handling require considerable expertise and skill. Strict safety protocols must also be followed.
Liquid oxygen
Liquid oxygen is a cryogenic liquid, defined as any liquefied gas with a normal boiling point below -90°C (-130°F). Liquid oxygen with a boiling point of -183°C (-297°F), significantly lower than -90°C (-130°F), is classified as a cryogenic liquid. It is pale blue in color and is tasteless and odorless.
How to Produce Oxygen
There are two main methods widely used to produce oxygen for industrial and medical purposes. These methods are known as cryo-distillation and pressure swing adsorption (PSA). Both will be explained below:
Cryogenic Distillation
This process begins by taking in atmospheric air, which is then filtered and compressed in an air compressor. The air then passes through a purification unit to remove impurities such as hydrocarbons, carbon dioxide, and water vapor. Next, the air passes through heat exchangers to cool it to extremely low temperatures. Finally, it passes through a high-pressure distillation column where oxygen is separated from nitrogen and other elements, with oxygen forming at the bottom of the column. This oxygen is collected and distilled in a low-pressure distillation column to achieve the desired purity.
Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA)
The pressure swing adsorption process is used to separate oxygen gas from atmospheric air using a synthetic zeolite molecular sieve to adsorb nitrogen. The nitrogen collects in the pores of the zeolite, producing oxygen gas. This process relies on two vessels containing zeolite molecular sieves as adsorbents. When compressed air passes through one of the adsorbents, nitrogen gas is adsorbed into the molecular sieve, allowing the remaining oxygen to pass through the adsorbent and collect as the product gas. Pressure swing adsorption plants or generators are now widely used for on-site oxygen production.
Liquid Oxygen Plant
Advanced refrigeration technology is used in the manufacturing of liquid oxygen plants, with a precise design that ensures smooth, uninterrupted operation. All our liquefied gas generation units are made from high-quality, refrigeration-specific materials, in accordance with ASME, CE, and EIGA standards. Thanks to argon welding and high-quality stainless steel, our customers are guaranteed world-class performance with minimal maintenance, low energy consumption, low operating costs, and a service life exceeding 25 years.
We manufacture liquid oxygen plants in various capacities, ranging from 10 liters/hour to 1000 liters/hour. These plants are highly customizable, easily configured to meet customer requirements. Our liquid oxygen products operate using cryogenic distillation, known for producing oxygen with a purity of up to 99.7%. We guarantee superior quality and performance because our products are manufactured using components from leading manufacturers. Air compressors are sourced from Atlas Copco of Sweden, while molecular sieves are supplied by Zeochem of Switzerland. All factory operations are automated using a Siemens PLC system, reducing the need for manual intervention.
Oxygen Gas Plant (GOX)
We are a reputable engineering company known for manufacturing oxygen gas plants with capacities ranging from 10 to 1000 m³/h. Our products are manufactured using state-of-the-art deep cooling technology, ensuring smooth, reliable, and long-lasting performance. Our oxygen gas plants are designed to produce high-quality oxygen with a purity of up to 99.7%, sufficient for industrial and medical applications. We use high-quality materials that meet ASME standards and can withstand extreme pressures and temperatures. Our company is ISO9001:2015 and CE certified, guaranteeing efficient performance for many years.
We use only the highest quality components from leading European companies. We utilize Atlas Copco air compressors and argon welding. We also use high-quality stainless steel columns. In fact, all components are sourced from well-known original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) headquartered in Germany, Denmark, and Switzerland. Thanks to fully automated operation, the plants can be operated and controlled from a central control center by a single operator. Changing oil and similar tasks requires minimal manual intervention. The system issues an alert when the oxygen level falls below a set point and shuts down.
